This role is one of the main public-facing roles at Sattya. You are often the first person people interact with when they enter the space, whether they are coming for CoWork, the Art Cafe, an event, a workshop, or simply to see what Sattya is about. This role combines front desk support, hospitality, and basic cafe service, CoWork operations, and day-to-day care of the space. It is not a corporate receptionist role, and it is not a traditional cafe service role. It is about being warm, attentive, organized, and helping people feel comfortable in a creative community space. Sattya is a relaxed and active environment. Music is often playing, people are working, making things, attending events, having conversations, or spending time in the building. We are looking for someone who enjoys creativity, community spaces, and interacting with a wide range of people throughout the day. Some days are calm and steady, while others involve events, workshops, visitors, and many things happening at once. Being able to stay warm, organized, and calm while the space shifts throughout the day is important. The role currently focuses heavily on Art Cafe and CoWork operations, with a strong front desk presence throughout the day. Over time, you should become someone who understands the overall rhythm of Sattya, including our spaces, programs, events, and how to help people navigate them easily. WHAT YOU'LL DO Front Desk & Guest Experience Welcome visitors, coworkers, guests, and event participants Answer questions about Sattya, the Art Cafe, CoWork, events, and programs Help people understand how the space works Direct guests to the right spaces or team members Create a calm, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere CoWork Operations Check people in for day passes, bookings, and memberships Handle CoWork payments and basic records Track day passes, memberships, and room bookings Support coworkers during the day Keep the CoWork area tidy, functional, and comfortable Notice when something needs attention and report or respond clearly Art Cafe & Hospitality Prepare tea, coffee, and other drinks Welcome Art Cafe guests and explain the concept Help people choose creative kits, activities, or simple drinks Handle payments and the POS system Reset tables, materials, and activity kits Monitor supplies and keep the area stocked Keep the cafe and kitchen area clean and organized Daily Space Support Support opening or closing procedures depending on the shift Help reset the space during the day Support small event preparations when needed Keep an eye on cleanliness, supplies, and general flow Take initiative with small tasks without needing constant direction Communicate clearly with the team about issues, needs, or handovers Supporting the Space During Quieter Moments Sattya shifts throughout the day. Some hours are busy with visitors, events, and conversations, while other moments are quieter and more independent. During slower periods, this role continues contributing to the overall rhythm and care of the space through a mix of creative, organizational, and operational support tasks. Depending on your interests and skillset, this could include: Graphic design Social media content Cafe development Helping prepare for events and workshops Updating records and systems Tidying and resetting shared spaces Supporting ongoing projects around Sattya We’re looking for someone who notices what needs doing, takes initiative, and enjoys being part of the wider ecosystem of the space, not just the front desk.

The Marketing & Growth Coordinator helps more people discover, understand, and engage with Sattya’s spaces, programs, and offerings through stronger marketing systems, campaigns, visibility, audience growth, retention, and follow-through systems. This role works primarily under the Business & Operations Lead and supports Sattya’s long-term sustainability through strategic promotion, audience development, clearer marketing systems, and better systems for tracking participation, inquiries, bookings, memberships, and repeat engagement over time. Sattya already has a strong identity, community, and creative ecosystem. What we need now is someone who can help develop stronger systems that increase visibility, attendance, bookings, retention, and sustainable audience growth over time. This is not just a social media posting role. The role combines creative work, marketing strategy, analytics, organization, audience systems, and systems-thinking. It is for someone interested in understanding: what gets attention what converts into participation or bookings what makes people return what helps things grow steadily over time what actually works in practice The role also works closely with the Community & Communications Lead to ensure marketing and promotional materials stay aligned with Sattya’s voice, tone, values, and overall public presence. CORE FOCUS The Marketing & Growth Coordinator is responsible for marketing systems, audience growth, campaigns, analytics, audience tracking, and promotional visibility. Your role is to: Increase visibility and participation across Sattya’s offerings Support income-generating activities through stronger marketing and audience systems Improve audience growth, attendance, bookings, retention, and repeat participation over time Track what campaigns, content, and promotions actually perform well Build better systems for tracking inquiries, participation, memberships, and engagement KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Marketing & Campaigns Create marketing plans and campaigns for Cowork, the Art Cafe, events, rentals, Build organized marketing calendars and promotional systems Support launches, events, seasonal campaigns, and public announcements Help increase attendance, inquiries, bookings, and repeat participation Coordinate promotion across Instagram, newsletters, website Research sponsorship, partnership, and promotional opportunities Social Media & Promotional Content Manage and grow Sattya’s social media presence Create simple graphics, reels, posters, and promotional materials Coordinate with photographers, designers, videographers, and creators Help maintain consistency across promotional materials and campaigns Write clear, engaging promotional copy and announcements Organize marketing assets, archives, and promotional materials Spotted Growth & Analytics Study Spotted’s audience behavior and engagement Track open rates, click-through rates, and growth patterns Help improve Spotted’s visibility, reach, and retention over time Explore future sponsorship and monetization opportunities responsibly Support long-term growth strategy for the newsletter Audience Systems & Retention Help improve systems for tracking inquiries, bookings, memberships, and repeat participation Support audience follow-up and retention systems across programs and offerings Help organize audience and customer information across platforms Identify patterns in audience behavior, participation, and retention over time Work with the Business & Operations Lead to strengthen long-term audience and customer relationship systems Analytics & Systems Track social media performance and audience metrics Monitor campaign performance across platforms Build lightweight reporting systems for visibility and growth tracking Help identify which campaigns, content, and promotions perform best Improve marketing organization, workflows, and consistency over time

We’re looking for someone who can tell the story of Sattya through video and photo by documenting the space, the people, and the energy, and turning it into a narrative. This is a flexible paid gig, not a fixed-hours job. We keep it flexible so you have the freedom to work in your own way, but you should be around the space regularly, notice what’s happening, and take initiative. You’ll take the lead on: Creating video content for YouTube and Instagram (this is the core of the role) Documenting events, workshops, and daily life at Sattya Shooting photo and video Editing and shaping footage into clear, engaging stories Organizing and managing our photo/video archive Running and improving our YouTube content
