About this role

We’re looking for someone who can tell the story of Sattya through video and photo by documenting the space, the people, and the energy, and turning it into a narrative.

This is a flexible paid gig, not a fixed-hours job. We keep it flexible so you have the freedom to work in your own way, but you should be around the space regularly, notice what’s happening, and take initiative.

You’ll take the lead on:

Creating video content for YouTube and Instagram (this is the core of the role)
Documenting events, workshops, and daily life at Sattya
Shooting photo and video
Editing and shaping footage into clear, engaging stories
Organizing and managing our photo/video archive
Running and improving our YouTube content

Requirements

Strong in video editing and storytelling
Comfortable working with cameras, lenses, and basic gear
Pays attention to editing workflows and file organization
Curious, hands-on, and willing to figure things out
Able to improve systems over time, not just use them

Important: This role is self-driven. If you’re waiting to be told what to do all the time, it’s probably not a good fit.
