Training

In addition to the public workshops run at Sattya, we also provide special training programs to other organizations in Nepal upon request. We are able to develop trainings based on the needs of each organization.

Sattya can provide training on:

photography
video making and editing
audio recording and editing
blogging for advocacy
visual and media skills for NGOs
web tools for activism
and more, depending on your needs

Trainings can range from basic half-day sessions to longer intensive programs. Trainings can be aimed toward organizational staff or contribute to the organization’s public programming, and can be conducted at either Sattya or elsewhere. Training costs are based on the length and content of the program.

Sattya has provided training to a number of organizations in Nepal, including Peace Brigades International- Nepal, AIDOS, and Children and Youth First.

Our training sessions have also formed part of the programming of Global Platform Nepal (ActionAid Denmark).
