Sattya has a collection of  great books related to photography, film making, art, sustainable lifestyle, writing and activism.  We also have close to 100 documentaries, many of which include both rare and well known films.

If you are interested in any of these books, stop by  Sattya Space in Jawalakhel and take a look. Please note that only members can check out books and dvd’s. You can find a map of where we are on our Contact page.

If you would like to borrow any of these books to take home with you, we ask for a Rs. 1000 deposit and your contact info. The cost to rent any item is Rs. 30. The loan time is one week, with renewal available. You may only borrow one item at a time.  There is a Rs. 30/day late fee.

We really value these books and worked hard to get them, so we ask that you respect and take perfect care of them.
